In Form Chiropractic has relocated several times since its foundation, and is presently located in a modern architect designed building. The building has received a major building award, and was nominated for a number of architect awards. This purpose built practice was completed in July 1999. The practice has the most advanced chiropractic equipment and diagnostic technology.
